Services

Artex Window Tint offers a variety of window tinting services for vehicles. This includes, but is not limited to, car tint, truck tint, SUV tint, and minivan tint. We use high-quality window film from reputable brands.

Products

We offer a variety of window film products with different shades and features to meet your needs. These may include films that offer UV protection, heat rejection, glare reduction, and privacy.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for researching and understanding local window tint laws and regulations before getting your windows tinted.
You must be the legal owner of the vehicle you are bringing in for tinting.
You are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing window tint or damage to the windows.
You are responsible for removing any personal belongings from the vehicle before it is tinted.
You agree to leave your vehicle with us for the designated tinting time.

Warranty

Artex Window Tint offers a warranty on our installation services and window film products. The specific warranty terms will vary depending on the product chosen. We will provide you with a copy of the warranty with your receipt. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper cleaning.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards and cash. Payment is due in full at the time of service.

Appointment Scheduling

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to schedule another customer. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability

Artex Window Tint is not liable for any damage to your vehicle caused by factors outside of our control, such as extreme weather conditions or vandalism. We are also not liable for any tickets or citations you may receive due to non-compliance with local window tint laws.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held in San Bernardino County, California.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Artex Window Tint regarding the use of our services and the purchase of our products.

Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website or provided to you at the time of service.
